Both products are subscription applications that provide access to software and do not involve physical goods.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Email address — collected when you create an account, used for login and account-related communications.
• Password — stored as a secure bcrypt hash. We never store or transmit your plain-text password.
• Inventory / app data — for Bullion Dealer Pro, any items you add to your personal inventory tracker are stored in our database and associated with your account. For CubiCorey COMMAND OS, your commands, voice inputs, and settings are processed to operate the assistant.
• Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance monitoring.

INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

• We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect payment card information. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

ADVERTISING

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our site. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database service with encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS (TLS) for all data transmission. We implement rate limiting and security headers to protect against common attacks.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting
• Render — application hosting
• Google Analytics & AdSense — analytics and advertising

DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Update your email address or password at any time.
