The rules for using our subscription applications.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online application services published by us — including Bullion Dealer Pro (bulliondealerpro.com) and CubiCorey COMMAND OS (cubicorey-ai.com) (collectively, the "Services"). We sell subscription access to use the applications — there are no physical goods involved.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. THE SERVICES

The Services are online applications that provide subscription-based access to software functionality. You are purchasing the right to use the application (a license, and a subscription to access hosted features) — not ownership, and not any physical product.

2. ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services.
• You may not create accounts for resale or allow unauthorized access.

3. SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING, AND PAYMENT

• Subscription access. The Services are provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). This is a recurring charge for continued access to the application.
• Pricing. Prices are shown at checkout and may include monthly or annual plans. We may change prices with prior notice where required by law.
• Payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide until you cancel.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• No physical goods. Your subscription purchases digital application access only. It does not include physical delivery of any kind.

4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• How to cancel. You can cancel via the "Manage Billing" / Customer Portal in the app, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial periods. Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable upon cancellation (no pro-rated refund) except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
• Upload or input malicious code, or attempt to abuse, spam, or attack the systems;
• Misuse the Services in a way that harms other users.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including all software, text, graphics, logos, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. Purchase or subscription does not transfer ownership of the application or its content to you.

7. YOUR CONTENT AND DATA

You retain rights to any content you submit to the Services (such as your commands, inputs, inventory data, and saved data). By using the Services you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, Stripe for payments, and other providers for features). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Bullion Dealer Pro and CubiCorey COMMAND OS are decision-support and productivity tools. They do not provide professional financial, investment, legal, or medical advice. Any outputs are informational only and you are responsible for your own decisions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, you lose access to the Services; we may delete data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may stop using and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes and update the "Last updated" date at the top, and notify you of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you consumer protections that cannot be waived, those protections remain.

14. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
